Why does this app not allow me to view all transaction regardless of which account I’m logged into? They are connected, obviously, cause I can see the “quick view” for all accounts. But if I want to view transactions within either account I have to log out and log back in? Sure I can hop into a browser to check my other account, but why should I have to?

This is the third time I have logged in. Every time I log in it says unable to validate your information. I called before the issue was fixed. Afterwards I tried again to check my account balance and it says the same thing I don’t know what’s up with the app. I don’t know if your fixing your online app but from my experience so far I don’t like it. I shouldn’t have to keep calling the bank just so I can check my balance I should be able to log in without it popping up we are unable to validate your information. Need to fix this issue with your online app immediately. I also shouldn’t have to go to a atm when I went to check my balance I should be able to access it through your online banking app💯.
