When you try to withdraw the money, the loading process took so long that I almost became a grand dad. It doesn’t have indicator if the loading page is responsive or not. App needs improvement.

User get logged out too frequently. Also why user need to key in user/account ID every time. This can be save in the phone to improve usability. Imagine how frustrated you need to type user iD and password ever time you want to read on Facebook or WhatsApp. Don’t tell me for security reason because my banking apps are a lot friendlier than this with better security. Also why didn’t show “winning” or “not winning” for my e-bet. Am I suppose to manually check it? Take me 45 minutes in DMC outlet to open an account and it’s a frustrating process. Try to ask DMC employees to go trough the registration process and use the app to bet and you will know how lousy this app is
