I have been an LPFCU member since 2003, and have NEVER had the frustrations I’ve experienced since this buy out/transfer to Ontario Shores in Sept.’25. Some automatic payments did not roll over as promised, causing late fees on accounts and ding to my perfect Credit score. The account has plenty of $ in both savings and checking, yet declined at ATMs, Dinner with friends and attempted online purchases, Aldi’s checkout with a load of groceries. It’s been nothing but frustration. Katie is doing a PHENOMENAL JOB trying to manage our LP credit union BY HERSELF, but it’s too much to expect 1 person to run an entire bank by herself. Shame on OSFCU. I’m taking my $ elsewhere.
You need to employ someone with AMD TO make site more user friendly for people like me who struggle to navigate because our sight is omprimised
Couldn’t be easier or more informative. Super happy with OSFCU app.
