Mobile Tech RX

This app streamlined my entire business. I’m an old school dude who had everything in notebooks and it was drowning me. This app lets me create an easy to access client list, perform estimates super easy, customize my packages on the fly to fit my individual customers needs, reschedule and save vehicle info and notes, it has an option to have people sign a form allowing you to work on their vehicle saving you liability and send sophisticated and aesthetic invoices to my customers after their work order is complete. It helped me price my packages more fairly and is netting me more money per client. I set up an appointment with a tech to walk me through the app. Samir the tech who video called me was the nicest most charismatic intelligently spoken well prepared go getter I’ve encountered in a long time. It is immediately apparent he loves this app and how much it helps people and loves his job teaching people how to use it. His presentation was extremely thorough and honest. It was not rushed and all questions answered very thoroughly and in great detail. Mobiletechrx is as lucky to have him as I am to have the app. At the end when it came time to talk about the apps different plans he was extremely upfront and honest about each package and which one would best suit me as a professional auto detailer. I am going with the 90$ a month median plan after being told that the more expensive one is more for technicians and mechanics and all it’s exclusive features would not be needed for my business. There is a cheaper plan that looked really good, but a few of the perks in the 90$ category caught my eye. I look forward to using this app for years to come.

This app has by far made my job a thousand times easier! From managing two detail shops at two different dealerships, to having 15+ techs between the two shops; this app has made a world of a difference for all of our sakes. My only complaint would be a minor bug issue that I’m hoping will be fixed soon. After adding in all the info on a vehicle, when I go to click the ‘add to invoice’ button, more often than not, the app will crash and I have to re-enter all of the info all over again. Sometimes though, the app will save the vehicle under ‘work orders’ before it crashes. It gets a little frustrating sometimes, but other than that, this app is AH-MAZING!!!

Mobile Tech Rx is the perfect app for anyone running a PDR business (and I’m sure is the same for other vehicle recon services.) I used it before as a PDR tech so when I started my own PDR business I naturally wanted to keep using the MTRX program. Admittedly, I hesitated at the price at first but now that I have used it for a while (and as the administrator can see what all it is capable of) I can say the program is well worth the cost. If you are debating about whether or not to use MTRX, there is a great way to make that decision. You can use the free trial (for me it was 10 days) and see what all it can do. I only needed one day of invoicing cars to remove all doubts about it. This program does everything, and I mean everything, I need to run my business. When I started, I thought I was going to have to purchase two or three different programs - but it was clear after the first month that MTRX is all I need. As a bonus, I was just told a few days ago by one of my clients (a dealership) that the finance department absolutely love my invoices - clean, professional, contain all the details they need, and for some of them the pictures make it easy when they have to categorize a vehicle as a car or truck. If you run a business, you are concerned with and work hard to maintain your reputation … MTRX helps to make your business look good to clients. To them, it looks like a lot of work - you don’t have to tell them how easy it is to use, just let them believe that you put a lot of time and effort in providing all those details.
