I am beyond words about this company. The lack of response and communication is absolutely disgusting. I am a large company that was about to use them. I have been passed around multiple times through sales agents as they are “ understaffed and agents are overwhelmed” at the moment. I am literally begging to start their program and can’t get anyone to get on the phone with me. I’ve sent messages, I talked to one person and he said he would write me an email and never heard from him again. We are a million dollar company btw with 14 states and over 200 contractors and I have been so patient and so kind and understanding to their growing pains but this is absolutely enough. I will take my business elsewhere. Btw I even paid for their services outside my trial since the trial was during their holiday shutdown and wanted to test it out more , but no one was around to answer my questions so I paid for their service and I still can’t get anyone to write me or call me and sign me up for their corporate account. Unreal. Honestly really sad I would’ve been a great loyal company and would’ve spread the world to many of my other business partners that could’ve used them as well.

I have to write a review for not only the support team, dev team, and executive team at Fieldd but everyone in that office! They’ve helped my business grow significantly and I wouldn’t be here without them!! Their features are amazing and make my life so much easier. It allows me to focus on things that matter most in my business. Their SMS targeting campaigns are a real treat. The ROI I’ve received from sending those campaigns has been mind blowing and greatly contributes to my revenue goals. Fieldd is the best. My favorite quote of the year while using Fieldd, “Not using Fieldd cost me 6k”. True story.
