Update 9/24 Deleting this app. Down to a 1 star, no full screen, that’s my final straw Long time user. The app was working better before the last update. Please fix the following issues. - account balance is never accurate both side menu, cashier, and after placing a bet. One actually stays at the beginning balance. - clicking on "my bets" lists current active races. I get that. But please fix when clicking on "the bet you placed" it will take you to the track to either watch or place another bet. It's stupid having to click "races" remembering what track you bet on, then all the different horses #'s/ super and trifectas you had chosen. It was much simpler for me to go to "my bets" then it lists the multiple tracks I've bet on and just by clicking that bet it takes me to the track for viewing or whatever else. I might have bets on 4 or 5 different tracks at the same time/post. Even after the race is over, to go back and look at the program, you have to find your bet, then click races, then find that track, by then it's on a different race now, so you need to know what the race number was, then finally you see the results. Which horse did I bet on again? Other than that, it's a pretty solid betting tool for on the go when you can't make it to the track/tracks. Also for those complaining about the Ky derby issues with the app. It's like that every year. You must have your money in twin spires account a week before at least. Otherwise all the hundreds of thousands people will clog the system trying to do the same thing as you and nobody gets to bet. As long as your money is in there before hand you'll have no issues actually placing a bet. 4/2/24 So, no full sceeen now!? Cause that makes lots of sense

I have used this app for a few years (especially for the Kentucky Derby & Belmont Stakes) it has a few features that set it apart. For example, the form guide gives really insightful info & stats, as well as videos of horses in the recent races that they have run. The quality of the live stream on offer is superb and I have found it extremely useful in the current climate. The app has undergone both navigation & display improvements in the last few months which I really appreciated since now there is a faster response time. I would recommend to any horse racing enthusiasts as it covers a breadth of different races & tracks, there is little to no faff when it comes to deposits or withdrawals and the information on offer is really useful. On top of this there are perks like weekly bonuses / promotions etc. Superb app - highly recommend!

I placed a single $4 wager and my account was debited for a total of $18. (2 separate $9 charges). When I contact customer service, I was initially told that they only saw a transaction of $4 on my account. They then tried to tell me that my bank must have charged me fees to deposit $ in the first place. When I challenged this infuriation as incorrect, all of a sudden I was told that TwinSpires had a $5 fee per deposit. I explained that I never approved the hidden fee once let alone twice. She proceeded to say that she could now see a $1 debit on her end to which there was no explanation. She said she asked her supervisor what to do but I was never allowed to speak with a supervisor despite specifically asking to speak to one. Ultimately, she offered to send me a check for $4 that I would receive in 10 days. I was told there was nothing she could do to refund me the $10 in hidden fees. This is a SCAM. Beware of similar fault. I will be notifying NBC to re-evaluate their relationship with this company since NBC advertised for them. I also advised customer service that the app developers needed to improve their app. They took $14 of my money for a single $4 wager placed.
