Pretty good and just in time. But my main complaint is that I want my calendar to have boxes, lines around the days, like any old standard calendar would have. I could be wrong but I didn’t see that, in fact I would say that the templates I did find were severely limited. Also, I wanted to write “10lbs 11oz.” on my birthday and as soon as I put in a number, it said “invalid”. I should be able to write anything I want including ampersands and numerals. I couldn’t put a caption on the cover photo, just a title and that would have been good or better yet, I should be able to design the whole back cover (like most calendars) to write a long diatribe about anything and everything. The stories behind the reasoning and the impetus for the creative insights. Basically, it’s good, but can easily be so much better. More more more. More freedom to express the needs of my vision and my art. It’s almost too restrictive and rigid and practically stifling. I’ve made previous calendars from other companies where I could put an image on specific days (faces on birthdays etc.). Maybe I just need more experience with the app, but I had to get these made and in the mail ASAP and I did and I’m satisfied. Thank you.
I created a photo book to celebrate my daughters 21 years on earth. She loved it. She has it beautifully displayed in her home. My mom loved it, too. So I bought her one. She showed my auntie and she wanted one. So I bought her one. Now, I’m back again but this time its to inspire my 5th grade students. I got the glossy finish and large pages. The pages feel great as you turn to the next. The touch of high quality. Edit: I received an inspiring email from the developers regarding my review. So awesome that the developer took time out of their day to respond to my review. The developer asked for an update so I think I would share my update here as well. My students really loved the book. Most of my students are English language learners. My students were inspired that they too could tell their story in spite of not being fluent English speakers. I have 56 students and I want them all to have a book. The books are expensive so I plan to crowd fund the cost so each student can have a book of their own.
Hijacked my Solitaire game on an early Sunday morning, thought I’d try it, always wanted to fool around with photos but it was too daunting ... this was so easy I was thrilled! The only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to rotate a photo and perhaps I should’ve done that before I selected it in this app, however I didn’t care and really didn’t bother trying hard to find out how, because I’d discovered so many other cooly automatic things just stumbling around it was awesome ! (oh yeah, and I’m old too) Just make an album don’t bother with perfection the 3-D preview is absolutely the best feature ever!!!!! At the end when you’re done you flip through the book as if it were right on your lap and you were Reading it to yourGrand child, page flipping forwards and backwards and everything! Yeah do it now just do a small one just do a soft covered just try one so worth it! I’m already planning a little Christmas tree just for our first great grandchild with this app’s very cool photo ornaments! Get it get it and do it now do it right this second it takes no time at all, just be sure and stop before you have it perfect ... save that for exploring your next album or don’t bother than either just keep going just make a bunch!!!!
