The new website is the best I have ever experienced. It tells me when I made a payment to one of my bills or purchase. This also informs me when a payment has been declined as the card account is no longer active.,a very important part of doing business. Thank you for your service.

Honestly the new update is the worse. The loading time is longer to even access the account. Trying to navigate the tabs is a hassle. Also when will you be bringing back the transaction break down. All it shows it pending transaction, doesn’t show what the balance was before the transaction like it did on the old version. I shouldn’t have to wait for a statement to be generated, or calling the actual bank to get a break down of my transaction. What made you guys think this was better, no where within this app is this new version better. Just change it back please because this honestly annoying and I’m ready to jump ship from your company!

After many years without banking, payroll necessitated opening an account. Two decades have since passed. At WB I’ve experienced none of the problems that brought about long ago reluctance. More over, they’ve been very helpful and patient with me. They’re great!
