Click&Boat - Yacht Charters

This is the worst customer service I may have ever experienced. The yacht owner misrepresented the boat that I was booking. When I realized that the owner was offering me a different boat than I had booked I contacted Click& Boat’s customer service. The customer service chat advised me to cancel and submit the incident for review and a full refund. Which I did. Over email the customer service agent then informed me that I wasn’t eligible for a full refund because I had clicked cancellation first. Apparently the chat gave me the incorrect information, and I should’ve submitted the incident for review first. Despite fully understanding and not disputing my version of what happened – and opening a review with the boat owner for misrepresenting their listing – Click&Boat refused to honor my full refund, citing their terms & condition. I will never rent from this company again and advise with anyone who wants to deal with honest brokers to look elsewhere.

SHADY PRACTICES -BEWARE! We booked a boat to go from Punta Ala to Isola D’Elba. We asked for the quote, and agreed to pay $800. Keep in mind the main reason we used them is because we regularly use AirBnb, and wrongfully assumed a marketplace would be an easier process than dealing with locals directly. The day before departing we reached to the owner to confirm the location pickup, that is when he said fuel for the boat would be an additional $750. I explained that the price was much higher than our budget, and we would like to cancel the booking. The owner acted in a condescending manner, as if it was our fault we did not know how much gas was required for the engine size. We decided to reach out to Click&Boat to try and find a resolution, so that we could book another boat within our budget. We ended up wasting most of the day in the hotel emailing their support back and forth, only for them to essentially say that it is our fault. Nowhere in the agreement that was e-signed, was it disclosed the fuel costs costing almost as much as the boat. It was a real shame, we lost the full amount (the company refused to issue a refund, or coordinate to book another boat on their platform). You are better off dealing with local boating agencies than this company. Click&Boat should be renamed Bait&Switch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Alessandro and his team were amazing. Michi helped us find spots to go to and load up our boat. They also had snorkels prepared and life jackets for my family. This is a must to experience and you want to do it with a great Alessandro thank you I would 100% recommend it and will come back again
