I've been working for this company for 10 years without problems, but now it seems they have an internal monopoly where only one person gets all the trips. When the app sees that you're starting to receive client requests, they interfere with your listing and change the price and features so you don't get any more requests, and the requests go to whoever they want. If you're new, you'll never get a single request; one person has everything monopolized. This app is a fraud, what a shame.

The app is a great way for people to show off their boats and for everyone to learn the most important definition of about which is a hole in the water in which you throw money. my limited experience showed many boats most of which the actual location for was hidden or misleading. Well there is a calendar included in the app it apparently is not provided with real time data and/or boat operators cannot update the calendar. In several cases the calendar showed that A boat was available when in fact it apparently was not. The descriptions of the boats are not comprehensive and the listings are very inconsistent. Once making an offer you may wait One week or more before getting a response even if your request is more than 30 days in advance. lastly there is the issue of who is driving the boat and what other additional costs are included. Pay very very close attention to this because in most cases these additional costs are not included in your offer even if it says they are. My listing said that a captain was included and that a fuel fee may be required. While fuel prices are high there is no delineation as far as what is provided in the fuel fee which can be as much as 10% additional cost. Also regardless of what is shown, boat operators will only let third-party vendors operate their boats. Well I understand the concern about handing over the keys that someone else having operated and driven boats from a pontoon boat up to an aircraft carrier I feel I’m more than fully qualified.

Let me start of by saying I give this review no starts. I encountered the worse experience ever. I will never rent from this company nor do I recommend anyone renting from them. I booked a charter for my Birthday with Captain two weeks in advance and we communicated back and forth prior to me booking. Once I booked there was no communication and he canceled 4 days prior to my reservation indicating he could no longer accommodate me because his boat had been in a accident. I then proceeded to find someone else and selected Captain Tracy. He was the worse, not customer friendly and very unprofessional. He also did the same communicated until I booked and then no responses after that. The day of my second reservation I messaged him because I had heard nothing about pick no phone call no message no communication whatsoever. I proceeded to contact the company and got Tracy’s number to reach out to him. I called and got no answer and he call back wanting to know who called him I gave him my name and said I have a reservation today from 6-9. He then acknowledged me and said oh yes from 7-9 and I corrected him that no it was 6-9 and he said ok yeah no problem let me send you the address for pickup. Five min later he calls me back to say we have a problem I don’t have you on my schedule and that there is an issue with the company that there is some type of glitch and he never received my reservation and he can not accommodate me. Infuriated as you can understand at this point I reached out to the company and they could not accommodate nor assist me in resolving this issue. No one is owning up instead the Captain and the company both point the finger at each other. No accountability and very unprofessional. I had 10 friends who came from out of town to join me to only be disappointed and will never rent from this company ever!!!
