Hourglass Time

We really enjoy and use this tool a lot! Please keep up the good work! Something we would like your help is the recording of the date when updating the territory house you visit. The date does not change unless you exit the application and ‘refresh’ . But going one by one, is difficult to keep track of which one has been changed as the date is not immediately recorded. Please work on this. Thanks!

After using other apps for congregation oversight, I have to say that Hourglass is not the best, but not the worst. It takes too much time to figure out how to make things work due to a lack of support documentation, online or in writing. I have figured out how to accomplish much of what isn’t documented but still cannot figure out how to select the items on the dropdown list for cleaning assignments. It seems to default to FSGs, but I need to assign multiple groups or all groups for thorough cleaning assignments. I am hoping that this message gets through to the app developers.

Did a lot of searching on other applications to do similar functions, and this was by far one of the easiest to learn for the body and the friends. My favorite is the ability to send out assignments where people can except or reject. Great tool! Not sure how feasible it is, but would love to be able to make custom schedules. I am in a sign language congregation and we have a need for scheduling deaf/blind interpreting.
