DFX - Digital Multi-FX

This was a great FX package with some serious out there FX with nice automation possibilities. It for a long time it has stopped working and in a serious need of an update. Not sure why it is still in the App Store, but I warn you away from having to get a refund for a non functioning app. Fingerlab have done some revamped versions of their stalwart apps recently, which is excellent, and now it is time to do this one too. Either update this one or bring out a newer version and not be lazy and keep offering an abandoned and broken app for sale. Makes the developers look really bad and untrustworthy.

I bought this app a couple of weeks ago, despite it being very old and not AUV3 because it looked interesting, and I’m not one of those aUV3 or die types. But it just does not work. Now that Audiobus is supposedly supported, it still doesn’t work. When I try and launch it in Audiobus 3 it just crashes over and over.I would get a refund, but it’s too late and I was kind of hoping they get their act together. The rest of their apps are fine.

Normally I wait at least a few days before I review an app to give myself enough time to give it a fair shake, as sometime features are not as intuitive or hidden, but after not even a hour ( more like half ) of buying this, Its already a home run. It packs plenty of fx and features, from basic things you need to extreme experimental things for way out soundscapes , I would definitely recommend it. * ok, after another day of use, I had to take away a star due to IAA not working. When I try using it in Auria it just crashes. Audiobus does work but I prefer IAA.
