I’m using this as a rear view camera on my RV. Works pretty well. A couple of things would make it better.1. Mirror image mode. 2. On an iPhone 7, streaming over WiFi overheats the phone. I added a cooler so the phone does not overheat, but the battery swelled to the point the phone pops apart.
ICam Pro/ICamSource Pro is the best performing and most reliable of these type of apps that I have found. I am writing this review for the great customer support. The last update to ICamSource Pro on Sept 7 broke the app for older devices still running iOS 10.1. I sent just one email to the developer - they replied the next day - and released a new update in less than a week to fix the issue!! Thanks!
Is it not possible to incorporate locking the device with running the app? It would be an incredible improvement if you were able to do that.
