I had the Afar app on my old phone and I loved it to reference great, off-the-beaten-path spots when I travel. I used it to plan trips and get input from other users. The new app doesnโt even let you search multiple issues?! Iโm mad I paid for the subscription. I have to go issue by issue to research my trip ๐ซ
App update deletes all downloaded issues and then doesnโt allow you to access those issues (even though youโve already paid for them). Itโs so bad that even with a current subscription you canโt access the current issue. Totally insane situation. Unfortunately AFAR customer service is clueless about their own app :-(
Love the content of this magazine, but in the latest issue I am no longer able to zoom in on the pages, which for practical purposes makes it impossible for me to read the content on my iPhone.
