Tablet Hotels

I love this app! I’ve been following them for a long time. During COVID, I made wish lists of places to stay with this app. I felt like I was able to travel from my own home to experience some incredible places around the world. Great deals - better than going direct to the actual hotel web sites to book a lot of the time.

Tablet has absolutely no ability to manage their hotel partners in any way. They are literally just a an online vending machine where in you put money in and a hotel room comes out but that’s where it ends. If you have any issues which human beings do all the time in our lives tablet can do nothing to help you with your booking. I was unable to travel because of Covid which we all know is unpredictable and they had no ability even with 24 hour advance notice to get me a credit or refund or anything. The hotels that they work with clearly do not respect them. I work in events and I work with hotels all over the world, and hospitality management groups are not as inflexible as the ones Tablet has partnered with. So like most app-based companies out there this is a lot of air and almost no substance.

I don’t take a trip without checking Tablet Hotels first. It doesn’t matter where I’m going, they’re gonna put me in a hotel that is perfectly Curated to suit my needs and style of travel. If I have ever had trouble with the reservation it’s always been tablet to the rescue right away no questions asked. Thank you for so many years of great service tablet :-)
