Simply Crochet Magazine

I’ve reached out to the company, to no avail. After selecting “Complete Your Collection“, from the iPad app, nothing changed. I decided to download the app on my iPhone and everything is there, except the current issue. I’ve done everything the faq stated, but I can only see the new issues on my iPhone, which is horrible when trying to read patterns or articles. Out of curiosity, I selected Complete Your Collection again, and was told I already had everything. Hmmm. I just want this problem fixed so I can utilize the app on my iPad.

The app is fine, but it would be helpful if you displayed the table of contents for each magazine so we know exactly what we are buying. Thanks!

I love this magazine, and look forward to every issue. In the past I’ve had problems whenever the app is updated. This time it happened again. All of my first year’s purchases have been removed. The app wants me to repurchase all the magazines I bought under the first app. Also, in this new version, I can no longer include notes on my new bookmarks, thus making it confusing as to when I am bookmarking a shawl pattern or a new crochet motif. This is very annoying, and I hope you change it back. So, now how do I get back my magazines?
