Focus in America
Focus is an excellent publication, however even the electronic version is extremely expensive. Add to that a customer service (specifically online account maintenance software that doesn't want to accept US addresses) and iTunes is the only way of getting it without phoning the UK, cheap to do but still a hassle. I very much doubt that I'll renew
