Bonanza Performance

I can’t stress the title of this review more. I have flown Bonanzas for over 3 decades. Trying to calculate performance using the charts in the POH is difficult and highly error-prone. This app tailors the performance to your specific make/model/configuration. It automatically corrects and adjusts for conditions based on the most current METAR. The risk analysis feature is powerful. I never consider flying (even by myself) without consulting this app first. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The color-coded performance information is very helpful. I’m shocked that this app is free.

I spent a few weeks using this app before writing a review. I was pretty blown away how useful this app is. I recently purchased a Bonanza and have a very difficult time reading the spaghetti charts in the aircraft’s POH to calculate performance. After using this app my level of confidence has gone up dramatically. The developer put a lot of time not just into designing the app from a functionality perspective, but also from a user experience perspective. It is very easy to use and gives you a ton of information. And, it is fun to use since the performance output is often in a visual or is color coded. Thank you so much for the work you have put into building this.

I just purchased my first airplane (I’ve rented for years). I never thought that I would own a Bonanza, but here I am. This app has proven to be a tremendous value in getting to know my aircraft, and an even bigger value as a safety resource. My wife was nervous about the plane’s reputation as a “doctor killer”, but after showing her the resources available, especially this app.. (as well as...the Bonanza Society, CSOBeech, and BeechTalk) she is much more comfortable with the plane knowing that we have years of experience, wisdom, and support available just for the asking.
