Ms Juliette in Cupertino Store is so amazing! She is caring, detail oriented, sweet and super patience with our needs, especially to my kids who have lots of questions regarding the grill and equipment. She is professional and went extra miles to explain questions which she doesn’t have to. This made our experience so great and we had such a wonderful high school and middle school graduation celebration with my boys. Thank you Ms Juliette. Too bad I can’t have a daughter, or else I would definitely name the BB Juliette. Pls send our appreciation to her and hope to see her again soon in the restaurant
I come here all the time and Its about time I wrote a review. The BBQ dine in experience is exceptional, its fun and different, the combos are huge and great price. Reserve table specially on weekends cause you may wait a looong time if not. Oh its freezing inside so bring a sweater! Service is great and cocktails are fenomenal. I highly recommend happy hour too! Beers are like $3 and cocktails like $4 or $5. My favorite is passionfruit margarita. They also have an app for points so if you plan on coming regularly like me its super worthwhile. Ive never had a problem with my points like if read on other reviews. Bar experience is great, both bartenders Erica and Cecilia are awesome. I wish i could have full bbq at the bar with them! Theres no sushi and the beef sushi isnt good nor the chicken on the bbq. BUT the rest is delicious!!!!
I had easily over $100 in rewards. But when I go to view or use them, the app is requiring me to transfer to the new app. It asks for my email address thatbwas used to originally sign up, or for my email address assigned to my Facebook account... luckily for me, it’s the same address. But when I enter it, I get an “invalid information” error message. I check it multiple times and no typos. So I click the link to email them if I have issues... but... here we are a week later and not even a response. Go to look up a phone number to call customer support, there isn’t one listed. I’m giving it to the end of this week, if they don’t contact me or get this resolved, I just won’t eat there again... I live in Honolulu... I have LOTS of BBQ restaurant options aside from Gyu-Kaku... the reward program was actually the reason I always chose them over the other places. This wouldn’t be a big deal for a couple bucks, but over $100 worth of rewards... gone.
Try the new and improved Gyu-Kaku App experience and earn delicious rewards too!! Eat, Earn, and Enjoy as early as your very first visit. *100 Bonus...
