At times I don’t have any problems making mobile deposits. Then I’ll hit a period of time when it will take a picture and then the screen goes blank. Or I’ll take a picture of the front and back of the check click on deposit and it goes back to the original screen. It seems they have some more bugs to work out.

Go ahead and input the correct information at sign-in, receive a message denying the accuracy of your identity. Call either of the 2 numbers listed, receive a message saying, “This number does not exist.”
I used to do everything through this app, now I cannot use it at all. My mother is also a customer at CFCU, same issues.

And may not be working properly? Tried to pay balance of credit card and there was no “submit” button. I had to enter “other amount,” which was the same amount of my balance, to get the “submit” button. Also, would be nice to have the option of paying on “due date,” rather than trying to remember the due date when scheduling.
