I have been playing this game for 9 years and I have taken breaks and come back to it countless times, I was upset to see that my favorite slot machine deal or no deal was gone and replaced with the valentines game, if you guys want to replace slots with something else, please do not switch it with this one, it was the best slot and pretty realistic, overall this game is very good and very realistic for online gambling as you don’t get a lot of cash to try and make a lot and get to the stages where you can hit jackpots without having such a big problem, so if developers of scopely can re-add deal of no deal I’ll raise this rating from 4 stars to 5

The other slot games offer many bonuses throughout the day. This one is lacking in that area therefore, can’t play it as often. It’s not fun to play this with so few chips offered daily. Come on... 1000 chips and to get that I have to come back EVERY HALF HOUR??? Get real!!! This is an occasional pastime thing, not a day’s endeavor. We do have lives and jobs. This is neither. The plinks thing is fishy. It says touch to spin. It spins on its own and is very stingy with rewards of chips. I’m looking for another slot game that would be much more entertaining. If you think by offering so few cops we will buy more, you are delusional. Who would be that stupid. Even playing your game, the chips disappear so fast and the payoffs are so slight if you bet 1500. This is not a players fancy. It’s plain frustrating and discouraging and disappointing. You guys better go back to the drawing board on how to get your patrons to stick with you. I’m about to quit you cause I never have enough chips a accumulating faster than they are disappearing. I contacted customer support about getting knocked down to day one after playing 3 consecutive days. You did NOTHING but tell me I was wrong. I’ve played now up to the top and today I’m back at 1X. Come on, man! Don’t you have any incentives for staying loyal to your games??? Poor service and poor customer service. Y’all don’t give a darn.

I’ve downloaded this app several times and when the log in screen comes up, I only get the message: “Oops! We can’t connect to our servers now. Try again later”. Well it’s been at least 5 months where I download, try to open, get that message, send a message to the developer, delete the app. I only get an automated response and nothing ever comes of it. So now I am deleting the app and IF I ever download it again, it will ONLY BE TO GIVE A 1 STAR REVIEW because obviously this company is only interested in apps where it can make $$.
I don’t expect a developer’s response because they only do the automated response when I email them, NEVER follow up, and I’ve posted a one star review on the past regarding this issue and never heard from them. Most of the reviews I see are 4-5 years old but then I did see someone posted a review March 2023 and they responded but have yet to ever respond to any of my reviews. Maybe they’re just clueless how to fix the problem 🤷🏻♀️
