I’ve been a 717 customer for more than twenty years, I have to say it is a very complete financial institution with the best rates for loans, car loans, and credit card interest rate. I never have experienced any issues whether at the locations or my favorite, on-line banking, plus contacting customer service always led me to gently, courteous, and professional individuals that would go the extra mile to ensure your questions or issues are responded and properly addressed, always a good experience. When friends and family have asked about a financial institution, I always point them to 717, I know they will became happy customers too.

SIMPLE Convenient I can’t stress enough how much this app has changed my life. In a high tech world I can’t rave enough how much I appreciate how SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE THIS APP IS. No fluff not hard to navigate or understand. A must have for better money management. The only con I can think of is ever since the most recent update in May 2024 they took away the ability to see the payoff amounts on loans as well as interest rates on your credit card. I don’t love that as someone who likes to be very aware of their finances and have everything in one place.

I use this app on both my tablet and phone, and every function I’ve used has been smooth and excellent. I honestly feel that the only thing this app is missing is a dark mode, as a majority of my apps have that already, and when staring intently at my ledger or otherwise figuring something out, it would be alot more pleasant to the eyes if that were an option. Thank you!
