Have been a customer for 11 years. Have never had a problem. Online services have always been easy. In-bank visits have always been pleasant. Personnel always pleasant and polite.

I have daily issues with this app. It’s probably one of the only apps I use every day and I almost always have to hard close the app and restart it because of error codes or something. I also can’t stand how the transactions are listed. I have to turn my phone horizontal in order to see the transaction description instead of just scrolling through in a normal vertical way.
