I like using it easy to buy tickets and I don’t before we could use our cards this was good but a constant issue I have is that it never lets Apple Pay work. And it logs u out at random times. Like why is that I thing. Whatever recent update happened took my card off I was like let use Apple Pay doesn’t matter what card it just fails
I’m few months using this app. First time ever that i have been signed out of my own mobile app… why?! I may not use it everyday however, it is downloaded to my mobile which means only I AM using it to MY conveniences, correct? So, why was it when I needed it to catch a bus and when I went to make purchases I have to log/sign in? I do not walk around with my passwords attached to me for every fricking app, site etc.. APPS! Everyone is selling their APPS to you but Customer Service is another malfunction. No One Answered the “Customer Service” contact number! Wt_?! 😡
Subject: Feature Request: Apple Watch Ticket Import Hi there, I’m a frequent user of the Transit app for managing my bus and train rides. I wanted to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly enhance the user experience. It would be fantastic if you could consider integrating a feature that allows tickets to be imported directly to the Apple Watch Wallet. This feature would simplify the process of accessing and using tickets for bus and train rides, making it more convenient for users like me who rely on the Apple Watch. I believe this addition would not only streamline the ticketing process but also attract more users who prefer using wearable devices for their daily commuting needs. Thank you for considering my suggestion. I’m looking forward to seeing the continued improvements to the app! Best regards,
