Improve Detroit

I find this app to be very helpful in getting things done around the city of Detroit. I have used us on several occasions for trash pick up nooses abatement, illegal, dumping, vacant, lots and cars that are illegally dumped I fine also that once II enter something on the app that it is done in a timely basis. I really appreciate this app.

The app’s use is limited inexplicably to only certain divisions within City Departments. Issues handled by different divisions are rejected and the user has to figure out which division to report the problem to by phone. Reports that must be made by phone aren’t always tracked so individuals responsible for acting on the matter can’t be held accountable for failing to take appropriate action.

I just want to say that anytime I have reported anything on this app, it has been addressed within a very short period of time I am so impressed at the location services within the app and how easy it is to use. Furthermore it is so effective and I am so grateful that there is an app like this and that the great city of Detroit responds so efficiently Thank you !!
