The app’s use is limited inexplicably to only certain divisions within City Departments. Issues handled by different divisions are rejected and the user has to figure out which division to report the problem to by phone. Reports that must be made by phone aren’t always tracked so individuals responsible for acting on the matter can’t be held accountable for failing to take appropriate action.

I really love the convenience and response that I receive from the app, but I am still receiving information from a issue that was resolved over two years ago. A report of overgrown grass and debris on the property. I no longer live at the location and the property has been sold. A re-inspection should be conducted of 2967 Columbus . Thanks

I just want to say that anytime I have reported anything on this app, it has been addressed within a very short period of time
I am so impressed at the location services within the app and how easy it is to use. Furthermore it is so effective and I am so grateful that there is an app like this and that the great city of Detroit responds so efficiently
