Nonogram - IQ Logic Pic Puzzle

All of a sudden, I can’t sync my Facebook account with my account. I’ve paid for the VIP. I was extremely far in the game. I’ve had this game. I think since about the time it came out and I put a ticket in. It’s probably been a few months now, but it makes me nervous that I haven’t seen a review or response any sooner than three years ago so I don’t even know if it can be fixed. I have downloaded unsynced re-synced everything and it still won’t work. I have tried Wi-Fi. I have tried just straight cellular data. I’m really sad to see this game go cause it was my go to game and I played it all the. So if you do download it, just beware that if you’re gonna put money into the game, you might lose it one day and not be able to get any of your progress unfortunately. Update: ABSOLUTELY NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME FOR HELP. It has been at least 4 months. I can no longer sync any account to my phone still. I lost my vip lifetime purchase and had to start over from the beginning but I still have the purchased extras on the side but nothing else’s I started having issues before this. Almost every level wouldn’t load it would just say syncing. It’s sad but I’m gonna probably just delete I’m. Of gonna waste the money again just to have this happen again. It makes me sad.

EDIT: For months now, I’m assuming since a specific update, any puzzle sets that had been completed before that update will no longer load. Although it doesn’t have any effect on gameplay, many of us like to just look at them once in a while… I consider myself an expert Picross player, so I actually welcome having to sometimes think ahead multiple steps to advance a puzzle, or take an educated guess (sure beats filling random squares for the sole purpose of making levels literally impossible-looking at you, The Magic Brush.) The one-time VIP purchase was so worth it for no ads and double the content, and although I did have to suffer through 43%Gate like every other iPhone user, I endured. Still, there are a few things that I’d like to suggest to further improve the quality of this experience: (1)Bring back the second music for levels. (2)Have some way to put X’s in a row or column that’s otherwise completely filled. (3)Deepen the contrast of completed numbers, since they often blend in with the background. And most importantly (4)Overhaul the Daily Puzzle menu so it’s easier to search for a specific date without having to tap the “back” button repeatedly.

Update: I was finally able to start doing the daily levels again; however, it is September 10th. If I don’t become a VIP then I won’t get a chance to do the previous daily levels for this month. Since I finished all the levels I could, my goal was to start doing all the levels for each month. It would be nice for the devs to make those daily puzzles available for free, if possible, to make up for all the frustration. With that being said, it’s a very fun game with a lot of challenging levels even when playing for free. It’s something I look forward to playing every day. The only reason it’s not a 5-star rating is for the daily levels issue this month which was extremely frustrating. If possible, please make this month’s previous daily levels available to complete. I love playing this game and since I finished all the puzzles I could without paying for additional ones, I always look forward to playing the daily puzzle. It’s now September 6th, and the daily puzzle still doesn’t work for September and it’s very frustrating. I can’t even play the game now, and I’m F2P so I won’t be buying new puzzles. Please fix this issue!
