Overall, great app but submitting a request does not work. It will just leave you on a loading wheel.

Would’ve gotten 5 stars. But unfortunately the app only allows you to help the in the city. Which in my opinion is completely unethical and is borderline a fair housing violation. The people in charge of this app know exactly where to send county reports. Yet for some reason, they expect us to file our reports directly with the county over the phone. I don’t know why they want to refuse to work with the county because it would be extremely simple and convenient if they just forwarded all the county request to the appropriate office. Instead they just give you the number and expect you to do their job.

So, I used this app to report a homeless encampment that was really close to a house I have rented out. My tenants informed me that there were a lot of people walking around at night and walking close the the windows etc.. I wasn’t sure what to do. I cane across this app. I didn’t know if it even would work, but I tried it! I am glad I did because the encampment was all cleaned up and gone!!! Super thankful!! Thank you for doing such a great job!!!
