I don’t recommend ADT to nobody they are scam artist tell you have no contract turn it in if you don’t need it then turn around and say you signed a contract and you’re stuck unless you break contract to pay $400 wow I don’t even know how it’s legal to tell people no contract and advertise no contract on the commercials which is why we called them and then tell you oh no you signed a contract if you break it is $400 so unless somebody plans on keeping this forever I would recommend not using them in their 24 hour monitoring is garbage their cameras are garbage they don’t even see 2 feet in front of them you have to literally be waving your arms in front of the camera for it to even work I acted like I was breaking in my window it caught nothing on camera it’s a scam and trash I recommend any other security services than ADT everybody beware make sure you know what you’re signing even if they say no contract there is. And when you tell them to stop taking payment out of your bank they don’t you will have to change your bank card. This is the worst business out there and to do this to people on a fixed income adt should be ashamed of themselves smh garbage people

I’m very pleasedthe letter, and call ADT so they may send me the link which would allow my phone and their computer to communicate is NOT so easy for iPhones. I have been on the phone with ADT 2x and their horrible automated system that drives me up a wall. If you tell the system once you are a pre existing customer why does the stupid thing send you over to sales? The first person I spoke with had even less knowledge about this stuff but she kept on insisting on using the word download with me but as I asked her where did that come from? Then I was transferred over to the IT Department. I explained to him what was going on with my iPhone. He explained that the iOS system created a portal and that’s what he had to fix. This guy did it all. After the portal was gone and everything was fine tuned this guy was a genius. But the truth be told the ADT App is NOT very user friendly when it comes to being installed on the iPhone. Good Luck!!!!
