I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years, and it has honestly gotten worse and worse. What used to be a convenient way to order food has become incredibly frustrating and unreliable. It’s 1:30 PM, and I checked 10 restaurants on the app. 7 out of 10 are showing as closed. Seven. At 1:30 in the afternoon. And here’s the ridiculous part: I actually went to check some of them myself. For example, I checked Fresh Food Market on the app, and it said “Closed.” I then went there myself, only to find that the restaurant was open. So the app is confidently telling customers that businesses are closed when they’re actually operating. And it doesn’t stop there. Even when a restaurant is listed as open, most of the items on its menu aren’t actually available. You can spend time browsing, find something you want, and then discover that it can’t be ordered anyway. At this point, what exactly is the app supposed to be doing? If the restaurant status is inaccurate and the menus are inaccurate, the two most basic pieces of information a delivery app needs to provide are completely unreliable. I’ve given this app almost two years of use, and watching the quality decline this much is genuinely disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to physically visit restaurants to verify whether the app is lying about their opening status. 7 out of 10 restaurants showing as closed at 1:30 PM, while some are literally open in real life, is unacceptable. This isn’t a small technical issue — it makes the entire service frustrating and defeats the purpose of using a delivery app in the first place. 1 star. If I could give zero, I would. The app desperately needs to fix its restaurant availability and menu information.
The app experience is good just missing the Apple Pay as payment method. And another annoying bug is every notification is sent 3 times even in email. Kindly, fix this issue. Thanks.
CRAZY CRAZY EXPERIENCE!!!! So i had a delivery guy pretty much stake out my house and send me threats via text for a couple of days, all because i complained about a late order! He literally texted me that he was going to bring people to wait for me outside my house!!!!! When i contacted elmenus they didn't even help at all. They told me they contacted the delivery and asked him to stop!!!! Thats it!!!!!! I had problems with the app for a while and in general their customer care and support is very poor and sometimes they dont even answer chats. But i never once ordered from an app and had the experience come down to violence. And at the end of the day the solution at elmenus wasn’t even to fire the guy, it was just to ask him to stop. He could be delivering an order right now.
