I am very impressed with Breadfast. The app runs perfectly and their customer service is outstanding! The baked goods are always fresh and delicious, baked that same morning just before delivery!!! The deliveries are always accurate and mostly on time! Once they were a bit late and they insisted on me having the order for free. Great job and keep it up!

Unfortunately I have been using this application for over 2 years, at first was all good fast delivery, 6 mons ago things went south with them, each and every order comes with either defect (especially fruits and vegetables) or missing items. They use to refund 50% of defected items or return on same date, today I discovered something new, had 237 LE on Breadfast wallet and while checking my balance I realized that they took my balance, besides I went back to check some transactions with bank, figured out that all the amounts refund was never refunded…. Am speechless Now am sending them messages with my complaint and Mr. AI is responding with ‘we’re having lots of messages’ Seriously!!!! Am warning anyone on this application it’s not trusted

I've been a loyal customer of breadfast for a good amount of time and have spent a decent amount of money on their products, and all I have been met with in return is horrible customer service that resulted in an IP ban for my phone. As long as I am connected to my home wifi, the app will immediately shut down and turn off! If you ban customers for wanting to have customer support then you should not have a business!! Seriously, what kind of company or store bans customers who have spent money at their establishment just because they had a singular complaint?!
