I never get the right amount of winning credits from the free credits every 4 hours. I’ve been keeping an eye on it and I get 20 instead of the 100 and I might get 80 instead of the 500 and so forth but I never get the right amount. I just noticed it a couple weeks ago but I’ve been playing this keno game for years. My sister has too but she always gets the right amount.

Im upset!!! I do not receive my winnings unless im in bonus mode. I won't purchase anymore if i can't receive all my winnings. If I mark 9 numbers and win on 5 numbers of the 9 marked numbers, the winnings are NOT added to my current balance, fix it!!!!!!!! Cleopatra Keno is my favorite slot at casinos. This app is not like the slots at casinos. If you hit 5 out 10 numbers, the win amount should be reflected on current cash credits or balance. This app does not do it unless Im in the bonus round.

I was playing 8picks at 10 cents max bet. If you delete the game and download again the 20$ comes back.. After 20 times of playing auto run 8 picks max bet 10 cents, dollar a play.. I didn't win nothing. Maybe 6 or 7 out of the 20 times I tried I hit a bonus round and maybe only 3 of those actually paid something. The rest were 0 bonus points. Lol I know my luck can't be that bad.. This game wants you to spend real cash and I think you will win more once you actually do. Fun game just like the Cleopatra keno in the casinos but this one has all odds against you for sure! I gave it a 3 giving it the benefit of the doubt since you can't give halfs cuz I would've given a solid 2.5 for crap odds of actually winning when betting big. Play pennies you'll win all day. Max bet you won't win nothing !
