Using this app for 2 years already and the app is great and the customer service is really very quick responsive along with the management teams. Got a problem today chatted with the customer care and management and problem is solved within an hour. I would recommend this app to everybody

My friend received an order of 10 watches and very sadly all received in non-working condition. After speaking to cust executive he said all r working except may be battery is not working. What a useless answer. If someone order to sell it should in working condition of course..! Very bad experience n still no answer on customer support chat n calls..! No return request option on portal as well…Strictly not recommended guys…be away from such a pathetic service providers…!! My friend is going to wait for refund in 2-3 days else need to see for consumer court option to prevent further incidents about other buyers.

Good app and there is something special in it that you don’t have to deal with buyer directly , and you have to wait 3 days from the buyer if he like the item it or not and after that you can get your money but delivery price not clear enough for big size items,,you have to be sure about the price and ask costumer service about the correct price to add it for big size items before put them in the app becouse they might change the delivery price which may cause the sale to not be completed , it’s likely that this will happen after you have already sold . التطبيق جيد ولديهم خاصية تميزهم وهي التوصيل للعميل دون التعامل معه مباشرة وهذا الشيء جيد ،،ويجب الانتباه عند وضع القطع الكبيرة والتأكد من سعر التوصيل الخاص بها لأن ليس كل القطع الكبيرة موجود تصنيفها بالتطبيق ،،فتواصل مع خدمة العملاء للتأكد قبل ان تجد نفسك في لبس محتمل و ان يتم تغيير سعر الشحن مما يؤثر على البيعة التي قد تكون قد تمت بالفعل وزاد سعر البيع عليك كبائع ..
