I’ve used lots of parking apps, and this one is the WORST ever. It’s nearly impossible to extend your parking times. The email they send should have an extension ability on it like other apps, but it doesn’t. instead, it has all the terms and conditions in the website information! Other apps also send you a text message that you can easily access to extend it, but not this one.I think their goal is to make it so you cannot figure out how to extend it so they can give you parking fines!! I don’t know yet if we got a ticket but we messed with the stupid thing for over an hour trying to extend it. If you didn’t remember the street address of where you are parked, your screwed. Awful and so frustrating!!!! Again, I’ve used many parking apps and never have I had to use one as bad as this one.

Quick, simple, convenient as a parking app should be. Wish every spot would just adopt this app because it really is the simplest and fastest to use. I’ve had trouble with this company’s QR codes but if you have the app you’ll never have to use them.

I love how this app saves my favorite lot right on the front page. Also allows me to easily edit which car I am in. I’ve been using for several months now (not daily) and the app wasn’t working (just 1x) but I left a customer service note and kept checking back. They called me shortly after and confirmed that they had my car, the app was up and running and that I was all set! Great customer service.
