Infuriating to use. Not only does it lag, navigation is annoying because the chatbot gets in the way - I accidentally clicked on it so many times in trying to navigate the app. Simple tasks like updating personal details takes way longer than it should. If it not because I am trying to close the chatbot, it is because I am unable to check on what I had typed in the text boxes. I also see that the last update was done in 2019. Please do something about it. Having an app that barely functions is simply unacceptable in this day and age.
This app still looks like from the year of 2010 pre-widescreen iPhone 4 era product.. even worse is there is always some kinda connection problem that are unable to check the water bills, just wow.
Can’t even register log in to use the app. It’s humiliating with such level of IT system. I’d rather stick with paper bill to save trouble logging in.
