I’ve used this platform 5 or 6 times over the years as a SLC resident and each time the results have been great. I’m replied to in ~24hrs, I get a response regarding my message’s content, and so far every request from potholes to tree trimming has seen a speedy and efficient result. 👍
Great app; has tons of functions. But the drop the down menus are obnoxious. Was this designed by Microsoft back in 1995? Make button menus like an iPhone home screen. It’s be a lot easier to get to all of the great functions that this app offers. Nothing hidden.
I got this app because it was advertised as the way to find a parking space based on my current location. But the "parking" part of the app just takes me to the mobile version of the website... which tells me I can get an interactive map... which directs me BACK to download the app. Don't waste your time, just visit the mobile website directly.
