Every time I’m budgeting and I go to use the calculator on my phone for 2 seconds the app logs me out and I have to log back in. I understand security time outs but I’ll need to look at my budget for a couple quick things and have to log in 10 times just because I looked at something else for a second. Absolutely stupid. Everything else works fine.

It is suppose to be a convenient way of paying your bill, but it never remembers my payment information and it is annoying to have to fill it out just about everytime I sign in. I have never had an app be so inconvenient.

The app has always been solid. No crashes or other issues. I was so excited to see the revamped app. But I have to say I am a bit disappointed. Once Face ID approves me, I still have to click Accounts, expand My Accounts and click on Checking/Savings to see my balances. Every other banking app I have used brings you directly to this information. It’s just too many steps for the most basic information.
