Guaranty Bank & Trust Mobile

I moved to Royse city, TX & was looking for a bank to set up an account. I saw Guaranty Bank & Trust and how long they have been in business & felt like I would get very good customer service. My husband & I were assigned to Paul Jenkins & he was really patient with us. He took the time needed to explain the questions I had & I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to open an account.

The latest update prevents me from accessing Bill Pay or Scheduled Payments. I’ve called in several times and followed the instructions including deleting and reinstalling at least twice. No luck. The last response I got from support was that he/she has the same phone as me and has no problems. I’m happy for them but it doesn’t solve the problem.

Before this last update I was able to preview my accounts and see how much money was in each. Now I am unable to, this new update I have to sign in every single time. Before the update, I knew how to deposit, transfer and anything else I wanted to do and now everything is scattered everywhere. Very messy and horrible new update please fix this!!
