2-3 times a year the app locks me out. Will not let me sign in or change my password. Then have to make a trip to the bank and my representative has to log in and personally reset my password. That should not be necessary!! Another slight annoyance is often times the app closes too quickly. So I have to sign in again to continue paying my bills online. But I Love my CCNB. I wish they had more locations in NC. The people are friendly and always very helpful. I also did research and found the bank is financially secure so no risk of failure.
Great app. Really wish online personal and business bank accounts can be used under one app instead of two separate apps.
The extremely caring bank and technical personnel are always willing to help in any of your banking needs.
