I would guess one of the main functions of the app is for ticket management. I have a group of us going to a game within a week and the app isn’t letting me transfer tickets to others. What am I supposed to do?!? I also firmly believe that using no paper tickets contributes to lower attendance. Some people just don’t want to deal with the digital part of it because of things like this! **Updated to 3 ⭐️** Ok found out the ticket transfer problem was a Ticketmaster issue, not the app. However the UI is still not the friendliest and easy to use.. but glad it works
**updated to 2 ⭐️** More errors transferring tickets. It’s really frustrating and there’s no explanation given.
