While I appreciate the app for finding the bus I’d like to take, I am shocked that tickets purchased thru the app don’t automatically appear under “tickets”. One needs to retrieve the ticket number sent via email and enter it into the app. That’s just backwards. Also, when looking for the app in settings, who on earth would look under C for the Nationall Express app. I now know it’s the coach app, but it’s far from intuitive.
Getting bus schedules - great! Recalling your booked tickets - horrible!! App makes you re-enter all your information after you create an account and populate all info. No ability to login and see your bookings without re-entering your ticket number from the confirmation email and your email address. Even though you login, nothing is maintained from your account profile linking it to your bookings made under the same login. See ‘VIATOR’ for how this works best.
