The app constantly froze while viewing a football game. Reached out to customer service asking for refund and was told I used an hour of streaming so it couldn’t be refunded. What a joke! Don’t get this app
You know what kills the mood & excitement of a football game? Dead silence! I know you are new, but commercials are better than dead silence for 5 minutes!
The interface is just as clunky as the old app, it this time they charge $80 for the annual membership! And bonus, the early sign up discount is nearly exactly what the “service and processing fees” are, so no discount and $80/year. For what appears to still have massive buffering issues (on REPLAYS!) and looks it was made in 2013. Garbage. We’ll see how it does when live sports with multiple live streams are going.
