Can you get rid of the bugs in the game please

Update: I figured it out! Nothing wrong with the puzzle, just the way I was approaching it. I was def missing something and doing it wrong. This is a truly wonderful 5 star game. This game is spectacular except for bugs. I’m currently stuck on the puzzle near the end where you have to remove screws to open the box to get the doll’s head. I can only remove one screw and then I’m unable to put it down to remove another one. I’ve tried removing them in all different orders but no luck. I looked at walkthroughs but they all skipped it bc of bugs. Am I missing something and doing the puzzle wrong? I’d really like to be able to do it and don’t want to skip. Other than that it’s been a really fabulous game. Happy to update my review when it’s been fixed or if someone can explain if I’m doing something wrong. Seems like this game would have benefited from more extensive testing. I’ve been surprised at how many walkthroughs had to skip multiple puzzles due to bugs. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a truly wonderful game. I’m just frustrated that my gameplay has been interrupted by this and that I can’t find an answer in any walkthrough.

This has to be one of my favorites! I didn’t experience any freezing, but it could be dependent on what you’re using to play. The only thing I ran into (it’s the reason I deducted a star) was every time I closed the game and came back to it, it would forget I’d paid for it. I found when I hit “purchase” and then selected “restore purchase” it would remember and thankfully pick up right where I left off, but this could be a problem for other players and should be looked at. The games were just difficult enough for me. I needed the hint button on a few but usually the reminder of where to look for the clues was all I needed. I was confused by the storyline until I realized this was a sequel (went and played the first, it was super fun) but I didn’t find it to be a problem when playing this game. The best part that is always a huge part of convincing people to download and buy a game on here is length of play: I got a solid 17 HOURS and change of game play out of this!!! Which is a first for me it was worth every penny. The team who developed this game did an amazing job and I can’t wait to see what else comes out.
