I find it interesting that the app crashes while opening and certain features are “down” ( even on their website) during tax season when you need documents from your account so they force you to pay $20 an hour for a research fee to retrieve all of the documents and print them so you can pick them up. Which may take however long they “say” they spent time working on it. Very clever way to make extra money FirstBank. I will most definitely be more diligent on keeping paper documents instead of digital.

This app is awesome almost as good as Royce Manion First bank has been my bank for years I love my bank and now this app on my phone makes it so much easier for me to take care of business on the fly thank you First bank of Colgate and Atoka you’ve helped make my life even easier kudos kudos kudos

We just switched over from BancFirst and we absolutely love The complete access that we have 24 hours a day to our account. We are Really happy with the snapshot deposit option. The staff is amazing they know how to answer all of our questions and are very friendly. We now feel like we are taken care of with all our banking needs. Thank you FirstBank in Hugo OK for everything
