App issues
The app doesn’t accurately display the time left on washer and dryers. I contacted customer support about this and said the times are estimate and don’t reflect the actual times. I would understand if the timer was off by a minute or two but I don’t think 30 minutes is a good estimate when there was only 6 minutes left of my cycle.
