Can’t recommend Kiiwi enough! I don’t know that I’ve ever left a review on the App Store before but good customer service deserves to be applauded! I had an issue redeeming a deal and within minutes of reprinting the issue, Dave, the founder personally called me (at 5pm on the Friday of a holiday weekend!) to get it resolved. The issue was on my end (I had signed up twice..) and he was promptly able to resolve! Look forward to using the app to check out way more places in Long Beach!
Kiiwi has completely changed the game for finding quality wellness and recovery services. I recently moved to Long Beach and it’s helped me get plugged into the best in class service offerings quickly. The app is super clean, easy to use, and makes booking appointments incredibly simple. You can tell a lot of thought went into the user experience. I’ve discovered some amazing local businesses and services through it that I probably never would’ve found otherwise. Fast, convenient, professional, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t like wasting time endlessly searching for quality services and also enjoys supporting great local businesses.
I’ve had this app for about 3 months and I love using it. I’m a big coffee drinker so I’ve been purchasing all the $4 drink deals and bogo offers (you seriously cannot find cheaper coffee in Long Beach haha.) also found a bunch of places I didn’t know about that were in the area but I hadn’t tried yet. Places like zooks which I heard a lot about but was out of my way so I finally tried it. Loved the acai bowls. Highly recommend Long Beach folks download, it’s great that this app supports small businesses in the area. Definitely will keep using and looking forward to seeing more places added, hopefully some of my favorite spots in the marina/ closer to seal beach.
Stop paying full price for deals happening right around the corner. You're surrounded by amazing local businesses in Long Beach, incredible cafés, hi...
