The MILO app motivates me to get out and do more walking. The instructions are easy to understand and use, which I appreciate since I’m a senior. I particularly love the mapping aspect. It’s fun to know where I’ve been each day. I also plan to add some other workouts to the program. I want to reinstate a higher level of fitness, and this will be the help I need.
How was no one made this before? I can already see it helping improve my running
I’ve tried everything and Milo is without peer. You’re not going to get analysis this good anywhere else.
