This app worked for like a few weeks and now every time I log in it tells me that there is an error and it cannot find any dates or times. Also it is absurd that it doesn’t show you how many credits you have available for your membership. The MassageLuXe I go to used to be a Squeeze franchise and that was SO much better than this franchise. It was organized, the app was awesome, you could see how many credits you had, book your appointment easily, decide what music you wanted to be listening to, if you wanted the heated table, and it showed you a image of a body and you could select to spend more time, less time or no time on each area, and at the end of your massage you could immediately leave a tip.

I was having trouble setting up my account, reached out to my local spa and they were able to help me get logged in. Easy booking, can purchase gift cards, loving this app!

Can’t get the app to connect to my account. Tried with 3 different client codes. My Massage Luxe location checked all my information which was correct but they couldn’t get it to work either. No contact information to seek technical support. Very poorly done.
