Frustrating Support, No Refund
I canceled my free trial on the same day it ended, but I was still charged for a subscription. I contacted the developer & Apple, and both refund requests were denied. This was an accidental charge!! the support process has been frustrating. Be careful if you try this app… the trial may auto renew even after cancellation.
