West Game II

I’m enjoying it thus far. Gameplay is pretty fun and I haven’t had much issues with that so I gave it 5 stars. I will say - it would be nice to see a more diverse cast of characters though. Right now my avatar is a white Middle Ages man with a beard or goatee & the next closest one to me I think is an indigenous woman, of which I am neither. I’d like to see some heroes and avatars that people can pick and say yes this a good representation of me & not have to wait to unlock a feature that allows us to use our own picture. Just a thought. Otherwise, it’s a good game.

This game provides a remarkably refreshing experience, particularly due to its generous reward system. Unlike many titles that are stingy with player progress, this game ensures that the process of upgrading and leveling up feels inherently worthwhile. The core progression loop is highly satisfying, rewarding players consistently for achieving milestones. However, a key area for improvement lies in the acquisition of cosmetic items, such as skins, name frames, and march queues. Currently, these items appear to be exclusively winnable through the Arena system, which makes their acquisition overly restrictive. Players are limited to just five daily tickets for entry, and the optional use of gold to purchase additional attempts is highly punitive, as the cost doubles with each subsequent purchase. This singular pathway creates a frustrating bottleneck for those seeking customization. I recommend diversifying the methods of obtaining these items. Introducing difficult, long-term in-game challenges would allow dedicated players to earn permanent cosmetics. Alternatively, placing these items in the shop as permanent bundles would be a welcome change, ensuring that if players choose to spend money, the items do not expire after a limited time. Implementing these changes would dramatically improve the long-term player experience and engagement.

So an update! Oct 21st…I actually really love this game and I’m even willing to spend some money on it! I play last war, but I’m getting a little bored with that game… but I think I’m gonna have to quit this game because of connection issues! I’m wondering if any other players are having problems?! so been living at a motel for four years.. (long story) and the Internet is kind of in and out here… when it works it’s great but it goes in and out all the time! but my 5G LTE is great… Pretty much unlimited,but I’m having a problem with this game staying connected to it even on 5G?? 🤦‍♂️ Now in the last war game, whether I play with Wi-Fi or 5G? I never have connection issues! But with this game. It’s ridiculous. How in and out it is! It is constantly saying connecting, which pauses the game! There’s a fishing event going on right now… and I don’t think I can even play it because it keeps going in and out & it pauses your descent with your line?! 🤦‍♂️ if I can get any help how to fix this problem that be awesome. If not again I’m gonna have to quit. But this is a really fun game and the pack prices are actually really good if you are a spender or low spender(Even better.. I’m trying to be for once a low spender & I’m usually a moderate spender lol) I spent $.99 cents so far… I want to spend more but again it looks like I’m gonna have to quit unless these connection issues can be fixed. Anyway this is a typical kingdom builder game. I also play last war survival.. I’ve played too many of these games to count..I like kingdom builders. I’m not sure why players are surprised at the ads don’t match. unless you’re new to these type games? Well every game does it! None of the ads are normally like the game it’s self! But it doesn’t bother me because I already know lol Also, every one of these games I’ve played a person who spends will always have an advantage now I am a spender. I don’t know if I’m gonna spend on this game or not? It depends if I like it enough, but I’ve said it before if you are not a spender? Honestly I wouldn’t play these games unless you’re just looking to pass some time! And the phrase “Pay to win” Well it’s a terrible phrase! Just because you pay, doesn’t mean you win! “Pay to Play?” Is a much better term to use! If I decide to spend and keep playing, I’ll do an update but so far? The graphics are good! The way the game operates is good…A typical kingdom builder game & so far,so good! DJGR8
