Super excited and FINALLY!!! R Burgers has joined to the loyalty rewards program with its own app. As soon I got the text about its new app, I immediately downloaded it and made an account. Explored the app and made an online order for pick up. Everything was spot on. The app itself does need improvement but it’s just the beginning. Customization will a great element for the app. Having the option to remove certain ingredients or make substitutions for other ingredients would be great. The special instructions is an option but what guarantees these will be 100% accurate? Excited for the app and its continue development to satisfied its customers.

I have been coming to the eastern r burgers location for a few years now. I was thrilled when I discovered them. Having the app now and being as simple to use as it was was like a dream I didn’t even ask for. I need to use the actual app more to provide a full review of it but as far as the quality of both food and service goes - r burgers is both top notch and beyond friendly! I highly recommend this company and their burgers and breakfast chicken tenders and grill cheese options!

Generell a nice idea to get rewards but after one order via the app my profile is now not existing anymore? I always get the message that my profile can’t be fetched. It’s been more than a week and no option to contact anyone
